957 Pacific Street is a thoughtfully designed five-story residential building featuring 18 modern, 800 sq ft floor-through apartments. By relocating all circulation to the building’s perimeter, the design maximizes interior space while creating generous exterior corridors that double as sunlit, vertically stacked balconies.

Each apartment includes a flexible layout with a freestanding kitchen and bathroom unit, allowing the bedroom to convert into a home office with a retractable wall. Large front and rear windows provide abundant natural light and effortless cross-ventilation, creating bright, airy interiors.

Ground-floor parking and a cellar recreation room add convenience, while the building’s clean geometry and functional elegance reflect a smart, contemporary approach to urban living.
