Kollektiv is a partnership of three Brooklyn-based architectural practices — Blurred Architecture PLLC, Silbermayr Architecture PLLC, and Studio FOU DPC — united by a shared commitment to thoughtful, resilient, and human-centered design.

Together, the partners bring complementary strengths shaped by decades of experience across civic, cultural, educational, and interior projects in New York and beyond. Blurred Architecture, led by Werner Morath, contributes deep expertise in sustainable design, technical delivery, and low-carbon strategies. Silbermayr Architecture, led by Lisa Silbermayr, draws from a research-driven approach that connects spatial performance, well-being, and design innovation. Studio FOU, led by Farzam Yazdanseta and Ursula Trost, merges design sensitivity with architectural rigor, emphasizing craftsmanship and dialogue between contemporary and historic fabric.

Working collectively, the team shares a belief that architecture can shape inclusive environments and strengthen communities through collaboration, material care, and environmental responsibility.
